Kaya Begum (36) was arrested with 500 bottles of Phensedyl in the operation of the Rajbari District Narcotics Control Department. At that time, Care’s husband, Md Farooq Sardar (40), managed to escape. The absconding accused Md Farooq Sardar is the son of Md Jabbar Sardar of Binodpur area of Rajbari municipality.
Rajbari District Narcotics Control Department Assistant Director Tanveer Ahmed confirmed the matter through a press release on Monday evening.
He said that on Monday (December 25th) morning, a special team of the Rajbari district office of the Narcotics Control Department conducted a raid and found 500 bottles of Kaya Begum (36) hidden in a special condition from the rented house of Jainak Md. Halim Khan’s house in Dadshi Union of Rajbari Sadar Upazila on the basis of secret information. Arrested red-handed with Fensidil. At that time, Care’s husband, Md Farooq Sardar (40), managed to escape.
He also said that the husband and wife are about the accused. According to local sources, they have been dealing in drugs for a long time. A regular case has been filed against the accused in the Rajbari Sadar Police Station under the relevant section of the Narcotics Control Act, 2018. ‘
