Under the chairmanship of Upazila Executive Officer (UNO) Sabrina Afrin Mustafa, the ceremony of listening to wartime bravery of brave freedom fighters was held on Wednesday 9th August by the upazila administration in Comilla’s Barura in order to inspire the new generation in the spirit of liberation war. The chief guest was the Director General (Additional Secretary) of the Ministry of Liberation War. Md. Zahurul Islam Rohel, Director (Deputy Secretary) Dr. Md. Nurul Amin, Senior Assistant Secretary Md. Ershad Uddin, Barura Upazila Secondary Education Officer Md. Saiful Islam delivered the welcome speech by Project Director Dr. Mohammad Nurul Amin, brave freedom fighter Md Abul Bashar, brave freedom fighter Abdus Sattar, brave freedom fighter Abdul Mannan recited songs of bravery during the war, upazila education officer Tariqul Islam, former president of Barura Upazila Press Club journalist Salil Ranjan Biswas, publicity editor journalist Md Sharif Uddin were present. , Kazi Md. Ayyub Ali, Headmaster of Kadba Talagram T.C. Laha High School, Md. Muslim Mia, assistant teacher of Barura Sunni Kamil Madrasa, Md. Sadekur Rahman, Deora Azgaria Dakhil Madrasa Super Maulana Md.
