Regarding assistance to flood victims, Gwynne Lewis said, Bangladesh has provided $4 million in post-flood rehabilitation assistance to flood victims in the eastern and southern regions of Bangladesh.
He said that about 18 million people in Bangladesh have been affected by the flood. The United Nations has coordinated between various organizations and charities to help those affected by the floods.
