Staff Reporter : Chief Adviser of SUAD Builders Ltd, Human Rights Theorist, Poet and Sociologist Professor Dr. M. Nazrul Islam Tamiji said, ‘Formation of special fund in housing sector for home loans is the need of the time.’ He said this at the opening ceremony of the construction work of SUAD Dr. Ali Murtaza Residence on 22 November 2024 friday at 4 pm. Sakhawat Hossain Babar, Managing Director of Swad Builders, Myeenuddin was present at this time. Dr. Tamiji added that the tax on construction materials should be reduced. Besides, the housing sector should be brought within the reach of common people through long-term credit system. He strongly demanded the government to take measures in this regard. Local senior people, officers and employees of SUAD Builders Limited were present on the occasion.
