In the operation of RAB-12, CPC-1 Kushtia camp, one armed terrorist named Md Vipul Sheikh (28) was arrested with 01 one-shooter gun. Under the direction of Sirajganj RAB-12 Captain Maruf Hossain BPM PPM on last Monday 08th July at approximately 9:00 PM, CPC-1, a sharp raiding team of Kushtia Company conducted an operation in Vadalia village under Sadar Thana of Kushtia district on the basis of secret information, 01 one shooter gun, 01 mobile and 02 SIM co-accused Md Vipul Sheikh arrested. The arrested accused Bipul Sheikh is the son of Habil Sheikh of Kamalapur village of Kushtia Sadar Upazila. According to RAB sources, the accused had been doing terrorist activities in different police station areas of Kushtia district for a long time. Later, a case under the Arms Control Act was filed against the arrested terrorist at the Sadar police station of Kushtia district.
