Like the rest of the country, the SSC and equivalent examinations were held at four centers in Goalanda Upazila of Rajbari. SSC and equivalent examinees participated in the examinations spontaneously without any untoward incident.
On Thursday (April 10), Upazila Executive Magistrate and Executive Officer Md. Nahidur Rahman inspected four examination centers, including Goalanda Nazir Uddin Government High School, during the examination.
After visiting the centers, Upazila Executive Officer Md. Nahidur Rahman said, “All the examination centers we have visited so far are being conducted very smoothly. In addition, the examination started smoothly in all the centers from the morning and ended on time. We have tried to take the examination in a 100% cheating-free environment with everyone.” He expressed satisfaction with the overall preparation and environment of the examination center.
This time, a total of 940 examinees participated in four centers in Goalanda Upazila, of which 420 were from Goalanda Nazir Uddin Government High School, 350 from Shaheed Smriti Government High School, 96 from Dakshin Ujanchar Dakhil Madrasa, and 78 from Wazed Chowdhury Technical School and College.
It is to be noted that medical teams have been set up at each examination center to provide assistance to the candidates in case of any unforeseen circumstances during the examination. Strict security arrangements have also been made under police guard.
