The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of Saudi Arabia has announced the beginning of the Umrah season after the holy Hajj. On this occasion, the Ministry of the country has already started issuing Umrah permits to the citizens of Saudi and Gulf Cooperation (GCC) countries.
 The ministry gave this information in a report on Tuesday, it is said that Saudi citizens and expatriates living in Saudi as well as citizens of Gulf Cooperation countries can get all necessary permissions to perform Umrah through Nusuk app or Tawakbalna mobile app.
 These apps are mainly used to improve the quality of service for Umrah pilgrims. Apart from this, it is also a part of Saudi Vision 2023. On the other hand, those wishing to perform Umrah can easily get permission through the Nusuk app.
 Meanwhile, the integration of Nusuk app with Tawakbalna mobile app has made it easier for the authorities to verify the health of the applicants.
 Besides, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has decided to welcome Umrah pilgrims from countries outside Saudi Arabia.
 It should be noted that electronic visa has been introduced earlier to speed up the entry process of Umrah pilgrims in Saudi Arabia.
