*Sanjeevan enters nine years of success*
‘Sanjeeban Yuba Sangstha’, a social service organization registered with the Department of Youth Development, has sent a press release to mark its eighth anniversary and entering its ninth year.
The press release signed by Fahim Ahmed Mandal, President of the Central Executive Council of Sanjeevani Youth Organization on Monday (March 10), said, “Since its inception, Sanjeevani has been working tirelessly for intellectual pursuits, development and promotion of human qualities and empowerment of youth in the society. In the last eight years, we have taken and successfully implemented various initiatives including free blood donation programs, free health campaigns, organizing national events on various contemporary and day-based issues, countrywide tree plantation programs, distribution of food and relief assistance, and skill development programs.”
The message further said, “We have continued our civic social activities with more than 600 council members and more than 1,000 volunteers in more than 30 district committees, nearly 100 upazila committees, and more than 10 university committees of Sanjeevan across the country.”
The press release expressed a commitment to continue this trend in the future and play a broader role in serving humanity nationwide.
In addition, it conveys the message of creating a united social movement and awareness to eliminate the ‘socio-cultural blindness’ that exists in the current context of the state and society, such as mob justice, the deterioration of the law and order situation, the nationwide rape cases, and the recent past.
It is worth noting that Sanjeevan Youth Organization was established in Mymensingh district town on March 10, 2017. The organization received government registration on 18 August 2020.
