Alhamdulillah the yield has been quite good. About 80 percent of my land here is under sugarcane cultivation. So that I have spent about 2 lakh rupees including wages and incidental expenses. Now I am selling sugarcane juice worth about 3 thousand rupees per day. So far I have sold sugarcane juice of 1 lakh rupees and I am hopeful that I will sell sugarcane juice of 5 lakh rupees more. Besides, if anyone wants to get raw sugarcane molasses, then I can prepare it with advance order. We sell at the rate of three hundred and fifty rupees per kg. He also said that not only the people of Nalchiti Upazila, but also different classes of people from Jhalkathi Sadar, Pirojpur and Barisal Sadar come here to drink juice. He spends time here during school holidays. .Also one of his associates is engaged in selling juice here full time.
