Abdul Hakim was elected as Vice Chairman and Syed Hasan Mahmud Santu as General Secretary in the 2023-26 election of Bangladesh Red Crescent Society Chapai Nawabganj Unit.
This election was completed on Saturday morning (December 02) at Nawabganj District Adarsh ​​High School in Chapainawabganj district town after the annual general meeting from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

And Syed Hasan Mahmud Santu won the post of general secretary by getting 508 votes. His nearest rival Ghulam Farooq Mithun got 224 votes. Meanwhile, Abu Sufian (560) votes, second Mosfiqur Rahman Titu (543) votes, third Al Kamal Ibrahim Ratan (531) votes, fourth Amir Hossain (493) votes, fifth Ziaul Haque (490) get elected A total of 10 people from 2 panels participated in the election of executive members.
