Muhammad Ashraful Islam, a prominent journalist from Goalando Upazila of Rajbari, was felicitated by the Goalanda Press Club on his election as the Vice President of the Economic Reporters Forum (ERF). Muhammad Ashraful Islam is currently working as the City Editor of the daily Naya Diganta.
The reception was organized by the Goalando Press Club at its own office on Saturday (February 8) at around 7 pm.
On this occasion, the Goalando Press Club presented him with floral greetings and a crest of honor. The organizers said that Muhammad Ashraful Islam has earned national honors through his work and journalism, which is a matter of pride for the people of Goalando.
Press Club Convener Ganesh Pal presided over the reception and Member Secretary Md. Shahidul Islam moderated the function. Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Md.
