Rangpur Road Zone stakeholders meeting held

A “Stakeholder Participation Meeting” was held at the regional/field level office under Rangpur Road Zone to establish good governance.
On Sunday (December 29) at 11 am, a stakeholder meeting was held at the Rangpur Road Building Auditorium with the participation of a total of 10 road divisions under the Rangpur Zone of the Roads and Highways Department in the presence of various stakeholders to establish good governance as part of the National Cleanliness Strategy.
The meeting, chaired by Additional Chief Engineer of Rangpur Road Zone Md. Suruj Mia and moderated by Executive Engineer of Rangpur Road Division Md. Sajedur Rahman, was attended by Supervising Engineer of Rangpur Circle Md. Abdur Rahim, Supervising Engineer of Dinajpur Circle Md. Mahbubul Alam, and Supervising Engineer of Bogra Road Circle Supta Chakma.
Also present were Kurigram Road Division Executive Engineer Md. Nazrul Islam, Lalmonirhat Executive Engineer Md. Abdul Momen, Dinajpur Executive Engineer Md. Munsurul Aziz, Panchagarh Executive Engineer Sultan Mahmud, Thakurgaon Executive Engineer Md. Rafiul Islam, Nilphamari Executive Engineer Md. Zahirul Islam, Bogra Executive Engineer Md. Asaduzzaman, Gaibandha Executive Engineer Piyas Kumar Sen and Joypurhat Road Division Executive Engineer Md. Moniruzzaman, along with sub-divisional engineers, assistant engineers, sub-assistant engineers, other office staff, contractors, journalists and the public.
It is worth noting that at the said stakeholder meeting, various questions from contractors, journalists and other members of the public present regarding the various activities of the Roads and Highways Department were answered
