Durga Puja Mandap at Barura, Comilla was visited by Mr. Md. Jane Alam Sufian, Director, 5 Ansar Battalion, Suhilpur, Brahmanbaria, Deputy Director, Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Force, Comilla Range, Comilla, and Mr. Rasheduzzaman (BVMS), District Commandant, Ansar and Village Defense. Barura Upazila Ansar and VDP officer Mosa Nachima Akhtar, Upazila Trainer Omar Farooq, Upazila Trainer Lubnatus Sadia were present. Ansar members played a special role in strengthening the security of the puja mandap during the 92 autumn Durga pujas of Barura upazila. 06 members of the Ansar Battalion Striking Force and 584 members of the General Ansar VDP worked tirelessly for the uninterrupted security of the most important, important and common mandap of the upazila from the beginning of the puja from 6th October to 14th October evening.
During the performance of his duties, he gave full support to the traditional worshipers of the Puja Mandap in performing daily Puja according to the religious rules. While visiting the Puja Mandap, the Comilla Range Director and District Commandant exchanged greetings with the Hindu community and instructed the Ansar members to perform their duties with vigilance.
