On May 12th (Sunday) noon, the victim retired teacher Md. Abdul Jalil, son of deceased Hermat Ali Molla of Narua Union of Baliakandi Upazila of Rajbari District, complained about this at Rajbari District Commissioner’s office. In addition to the punishment of the criminals, they demanded the refund of the lost retirement money and justice. The help desk of the Rajbari District Commissioner’s office has confirmed the matter. Copies of the complaint were given to Rajbari Superintendent of Police, Rajbari District Bar Association, NSI, DGFI, Rajbari Press Club and Faridpur RAB-10 office.

Retired teacher Md. Abdul Jalil mentioned in the complaint, 7-8 months ago, when I had a dispute with my younger brother Md. Meheruzzaman regarding the issue of my land deposit, my brother Md. Meheruzzaman filed a case against me in Rajbari at the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court. I was detained by the police as a warrant was issued against me while the case was pending. Then my family members arranged bail for me from Dhaka High Court.

Later, after I was released on bail, I talked to my neighbor Mizanur Rahman, the son of deceased Ismail Molla, came to Rajbari and talked to Advocate Md. Asaduzzaman Asad and his assistant Muhri Milon. He assured me that he would give a written judgment in my name after the completion of the said 7 acres of land and told me about the need for different works from me and received a total of fifty five lakh taka through my neighbor Mizanur Rahman. Then defendant no.1 and defendant no.2 served me a declaration paper in my said land case. Later, after reviewing and verifying the judgment declaration paper of my case, I can find out that the judgment declaration paper given to me by the defendant No. 1 and 2, the signature of the learned magistrate on the said document is forged and the document is completely fake. Later I took the said paper and went to defendant No. 1. Defendant No. 1 told me that the document was correct and to compel my brother to settle the case on his own, defendant No. 1 made a Kabinnama against my brother to a girl named Sharmin Akhter Jui in the original of ten lakh rupees. By filing false dowry cases.

After that defendant no. 1 and 2 kept delaying me by giving various excuses at different times. Even after a long period of time, defendant no. 1 and 2 did not release me from my said case and continued to move me around. I myself attended the court and inquired about my case and found out that my said case is currently ongoing in Dhaka High Court. Later, when I asked the defendant no. 1 and 2 to refund my money, the defendants did not return my money and instead threatened me at various times. ‘
