Bangladesh Nationalist Central Labor Party provided financial assistance to the 3 families killed in the previous anti-discrimination student movement in Borhanuddin, Bhola.
On February 9 (Sunday) at noon in Borhanuddin Upazila’s Sachara, Deul, Togbi Union, the family of 3 martyrs who were killed in anti-discrimination student agitation last July and August was given this financial assistance by the Central Committee of Bangladesh Jatiyatavadi Sramik Dal.
The central leaders of the labor party paid their respects to the martyred president Ziaur Rahman, national leader Begum Khaleda Zia and said that we are investigating the deaths of 98 labor leaders across the country in the anti-discrimination student movement under the direction of BNP Acting Chairman Tariq Rahman. According to that instruction we are coming here today.
The financial assistance we have provided today on behalf of Tariq Rahman is not a donation, it is just a tribute to the martyr’s family. Our Acting Chairman Tariq Rahman said that after a few days we will provide a large financial assistance to the martyred family.
Under the guidance of Tariq Rahman, every district of the country will inquire about the families of martyrs.
The central leaders of the labor party paid a visit to the graves of martyrs Md Zakir Hossain, Md Sujan and Togbi Union martyrs Md Nayan in Sachara Union and provided this financial assistance to their families.
Central, Sramik Dal Dhaka North Metropolitan Member Secretary Md Kamruzzaman, Sramik Dal Central Campaign Secretary Md Manjur Alam, Mosharof Hossain Montu Jasad Leader, Moslehuddin Babul Sramik Dal Member Secretary Dhaka Metropolitan North were present.
