Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina arrived in China’s capital Beijing on a four-day state visit. The special flight carrying the Prime Minister landed in Beijing at 6:05 local time on Monday (July 8). Earlier, a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight carrying the Prime Minister and her entourage left Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport around 11 am.
During her stay in Beijing on July 8-11, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will hold a bilateral meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping on July 10 and a delegation-level meeting with Chinese Premier Li Qiang.
Bangladesh and China are likely to sign 20 to 22 memorandums of understanding (MOUs) during the four-day bilateral visit of Sheikh Hasina.
