If you want to vote in the 12th national parliament election, eligible voters should apply to be a voter by September 14. If you apply after that, you will not be able to vote in the next parliamentary elections. An application can also be made to change the constituency during this time. Election Commission (EC) Secretary Md. Jahangir Alam. He said, as per the Voter Registration Act, the updated voter list of the previous year is published on March 2 every year. Following this, on March 2, 2023, we published the previous year’s voter list. As the 12th National Assembly elections will be held in the last week of December or the first week of January, those who became eligible to vote on January 1, 2023 but could not vote, will be given an opportunity to vote. The secretary said that if anyone wants to change the voter area during this period, they can also apply for that. This application should be made by September 14.
