A two-day Science and Technology Fair was inaugurated in Patuakhali Sadar on the occasion of the 46th National Science and Technology Week-2025 with the slogan “We will win in knowledge, we will be the best in the world”.
On Tuesday (January 14), at 11 am, the 46th National Science and Technology Fair-2025 was inaugurated as the chief guest by Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer Iffat Ara Zaman Urmi at the Badhanhara Hall of Patuakhali Sadar Upazila Parishad organized by the Upazila Administration and Upazila Education Office.
Under the chairmanship of Sadar Upazila Secondary Education Officer Md. Ajmal Hossain Khan and moderated by Academic Education Officer Md. Mizanur Rahman, the program was addressed by Patuakhali Government College Associate Professor Md. Aminur Rahman, District Collectorate School and College Assistant Teacher Md. Mahabub Hossain, Government College Class XII student Ziaul Haque Ridwan, among others.
Patuakhali Government College, Patuakhali Government Technical School and College, Patuakhali Government Girls’ High School, Government Jubilee High School, Latif Municipal Seminary, Sher-e-Bangla Girls’ Secondary School, District Collectorate School and College, Shaheed Smriti Vidyaniketan and 13 other colleges and secondary schools participated in the two-day fair on January 14 and 15. Upazila Executive Officer Iffat Ara Zaman Urmi will distribute prizes to the winning stalls at the prize distribution ceremony on the closing day of the fair on January 15 in the afternoon.
