democratic state shall be ensured the people rights along with the freedom of expression which
mentioned that the constitutional rights in Bangladesh. The government has prevaricated to mass
media with the existing media law Cyber security Act-2023 where the mass media has been
facing the act of preventing of its duties and responsibilities for Journalists and media workers.
It has been also mentioned that the global governments have enacted the media law against
freedom of press and professional journalists and also the mass media workers. Once, the U.S.
President Thomas Jefferson said that “A well informed electorate is a prerequisite for
democracy.”
