According to local sources, Anamika Nadi (17), daughter of expatriate Deldar Hossain, resident of Balatari, BNP Colony area of ​​Lalmonirhat town. A couple of years ago, after separating from her husband, she used to study in a college in the city from her father’s house.
In this situation, the family members got suspicious when they suddenly saw the door of his bedroom closed around 3 pm today. At that time, the family members broke the back door of the house with the help of the local people and entered the house with a fan and saw Nadi hanging with a veil around her neck.
He was immediately rescued from there and taken to Lalmonirhat Sadar Hospital where the doctor on duty declared him dead.
In this regard, Swapan Kumar Roy, OC (Investigation) of Lalmonirhat Sadar Police Station, said that the police were sent to the spot after receiving information about the suicide.
Necessary action will be taken as per the post-mortem report.
