During the anti-discrimination student movement, he spent 25-30 lakh rupees and married his daughter with fanfare. The residents of Das Para are always terrified of him. His policy is a little different. Since the beginning of the business, he has made small children addicted to Yaba for free, and now they are the big customers. Residents filed a public petition against him in various offices of Kushtia in 2017. This Pollad used to repair shoes-sandals at the Alampur Baliapara bus stand two years ago, suddenly his luck changed by selling drugs. Since then he has not looked back, continuing to trade yaba, ganja and phencidil. His wife, brother and some drug addicts of that neighborhood are involved in this business. He built a drug paradise in his own house. He was caught several times by the law and order forces along with Yaba, but he started his illegal business after getting out of the net of the law. Previously, news against him was published several times in local newspapers. Recently on 9/10 of this month he has become more reckless after several papers published against him. Because the law and order situation is currently deteriorating in the country. The police, DB and narcotics have taken advantage of the fact that no one is in the field and become reckless. He even said that he abused the journalist through various media and bought him with money. This was told by a reliable source. However, when local Alampur police camp in-charge SI Feroze was asked over the phone, he said, “I know about it, but we cannot catch him with drugs, if we don’t catch him, there will be no benefit.” When the local dignitaries were told about the camp in-charge, they said, here the camp in-charge commented like an ignorant child, they can catch him whenever they want, but he will not catch him because he has cleared the way to do business with regular extortion from him. They also said that previously RAB had come and caught him without drugs, but when he put a knife on his ass, he immediately released 570 pitches. We saw it with our own eyes. His business is not limited to the village. The drug addicts of Kushtia Sadar are also going to buy drugs from him. They also said that his drug hot spot is now Balipara animal market. From the afternoon, drug addicts from the city came with expensive motorcycles and private cars of different brands in the animal market and consumed in the animal market. According to his neighbors, he has already become the owner of crores of rupees by dealing in drugs for the last two years. Buying land one after another, building houses. On the other hand, local parents are destitute. Local parents are worried about their children on the one hand, on the other they are suffering financially. The rising youth of the village has been swallowed up by the menace of drugs in the Pollads, as a result of which they are going astray. However, a total of 5/6 cases of rape, murder and drugs are pending against him in Kushtia court. Local residents have again become vocal against Pollad, saying that if the law enforcement agencies do not take any legal action against him, we will take action. Their only word is to save our children we will resist Pollad Das at any cost.
