This afternoon, Gazipur Metropolitan BNP President Shawkat Hossain Sarkar participated in a mass iftar and prayer mahfil organized by Konabari Thana BNP in Gazipur to pray for the recovery and recovery of national leader Khaleda Zia.
He also said that during Sheikh Hasina’s rule, no BNP leader could participate in an iftar mahfil with the common people, from now on, all BNP leaders and activists will always be by the side of the common people.
The mass iftar and prayer mahfil was presided over by Konabari Thana BNP General Secretary Babul Hossain, Thana BNP Vice President Rafiqul Islam, Organizing Secretary Tanjirul Islam Rajib, Mia Farhad Hossain and leaders and activists of affiliated organizations were present.
About 1,500 ordinary people from various walks of life participated in this Iftar gathering.
