Jhalkathi 4 people including Mallarhat UP Chairman Kabir Hasan Howladar have been sentenced to life imprisonment in the murder case of piper Saidul Talukdar- Dichon court. In addition, a tax penalty of 10,000 taka is also imposed for 1 year imprisonment. Another 10 accused were acquitted in this case. Judge Rahibul Islam Asamidar of the Jhalkathi District and Sessions Judge Court announced the verdict on Wednesday. The recipients are former chairman of Mallarhat Union of Nalchiti upazila Kabir Hasan and his brother Dalyar Hasan Howladar, Farooq Mallik and Saidul Islam Khan.
Kabir Hasan and Dalayar Hasan are sons of former MLA Late Makim Howladar of South Kamdabpur area and Farooq Mallick is son of Sultan Mallick of West Kamdabpur village and Saidul Islam Khan is son of Monirul Khan of Central Kamdabpur village.
