Jhalakathi in Jamaat-e-Islami workers’ conference to be held after 22 years

Gazi Gias Uddin Bashir Jhalakathi:: After a long 22 years, the Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami workers’ conference will be held in Jhalakathi on Friday, February 15. District Jamaat Ameer Advocate Hafizur Rahman announced the preparations for the conference at a press conference in Jhalakathi on Thursday, February 13 morning. District Jamaat leaders were present at the time.
At the press conference, Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Jhalokati district branch Advocate Hafizur Rahman said that meetings have already been held in all the organizational units of the district to make the workers’ conference successful. Leaflets have been distributed in the city. A stage has been prepared at the Eidgah Maidan. About 25,000 leaders and workers will be present at the conference. Former MP Professor Mujibur Rahman, the central Naib Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, will be the chief guest. The workers’ conference will be held at 10 am on Saturday at the city’s Eidgah Maidan.
