In this context, a dealer was arrested with 50 packets of Yaba tablets in a DB raid on Sunday afternoon. A team of DB police conducted a raid in the Kathpatti Shahi Mosque area of ​​the municipal area in the early afternoon based on secret information.
There, a body search was conducted on a young man named Matin (48) and 50 packets of Yaba tablets were recovered from him. The arrested Matin is the son of the deceased Manik Howlader of West Jhalakathi area.
Confirming this to the media, District Police Detective Branch Officer-in-Charge (OC) Md. Selim Uddin said that legal action against the detained Matin is in the process of being taken
