ISU Cultural Club started its journey at International Standard University (ISU). It was inaugurated by ISU Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abdul Awal Khan.

The vice chancellor said that honesty, devotion, fairness and patriotism should be the greatest qualities of a student. If you want to grow up in life, following time and rules should be a part of life culture. Cultural heritage must be known, otherwise it will not be practiced.

He also said that in the year 2024, the people of the country were united by your call, you have to rule the country. The thousand-year tradition of Bengali should be presented in the court of the world through practice.

Registrar Md. Faizullah Kaushik gave a welcome address under the chairmanship of Cultural Club Moderator English Department Chairperson (Acting) Sultana Mushfiqa Rahman. Professor Mohammad Ali, teacher of business administration department, was present as a special guest.

Also present, the chairperson of the business administration department. Muhammad Kamruzzaman, Chairperson of Textile Engineering Department Professor Engineer Abdul Based Mia, Chairperson of Law Department Rashed Ahmed, Director of CRDP Mahbubur Rahman, Club Advisor S. M. Nasser Iqbal and Club Moderator Murshida Rahman, Jaglul Haque Mridha along with teachers of various departments, administrative officers-employees and students. Sajib Hossain as President of Cultural Club, Nurunnahar Sweety as General Secretary and 38 member committee for 1 year term were announced in the event.
