Md. Kabir Hossain Bhola: One of the top commercial banks of the country Pubali Bank Plc has launched the program of establishing ‘Islamic Corner’ in the country considering the demand of customers for Islamic banking services.
 Through these corners, customers can easily receive all the services of Islamic banking. In this continuation, an aesthetic and customer-friendly ‘Islamic Corner’ of Pubali Bank Plc Bhola Kunjerhat Sub-Branch was inaugurated on Tuesday (January 21) through recitation of the Holy Quran.
 DGM and Regional Manager of Barisal Division of Pubali Bank Plc was the chief guest on the occasion. Ruhul Amin. Manager of Kunzerhat branch. Journalist Gazi Taher Liton, Mezbahuddin Samrat were the special guests in the event under the chairmanship of Mejbahuddin.
 The event was attended by: Pubali Bank Barisal Zone Senior Officer Gazi Md. Hasanuzzaman, senior officer (civil) Safiqul Islam, sub-branch officer. Miraj Hossain, Md. Osmangani, Md. Nazmul Haque.
 Hazrat Maulana Ghulam Mustafa led the Quran recitation and prayers at the opening ceremony of the Islamic Corner. The event was conducted by Pubali Bank Kunjerhat sub-branch officer Md. Tausif.
 The chief guest said, considering the importance of Islamic banking service system and the timely needs of customers, Pubali Bank Plc has been providing Islamic banking services in addition to conventional banking services across the country with the aim of providing Islamic banking services based on Shariah. In continuation of that, Islamic banking corner was launched at Kunjerhat sub-branch of Bhola to further accelerate that service. Through this Islamic Banking Corner, our customers will benefit from receiving Islamic banking services at a faster and better scale.
