District Livestock Officer Dr. Md. Abdur Rahim inaugurated the free PPR vaccination program for goats and sheep under the PPR disease eradication and scurvy control project in cattle and goats under Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock under Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock, organized by District Livestock Department on Tuesday, October 1.
Upazila Livestock Officer Dr. Golam Kibria gave a welcome speech and discussed the eradication of this disease based on information. In the President’s speech, District Livestock Officer Dr. Md. Abdur Rahim said that goat-sheep breeders should not neglect this disease and come to the Livestock Department for treatment. We are implementing free PPR vaccination program to eradicate this disease. Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock is providing PPR vaccination to farmers and farmers to protect goats and sheep and eradicate the disease.
