An Iftar Mahfil was held at the initiative of the Goalanda Bangladesh Primary Teachers Association.
The mahfil was organized after Asr prayers on Wednesday (March 19) at the URC meeting room of Goalanda Upazila. The mahfil was presided over by the President of the Teachers’ Association, Babar Ali. Goalanda Upazila Assistant Commissioner (Land) Md. Asaduzzaman Khan was present as the chief guest, Upazila Primary Education Officer Mr. Kabir Hossain was present as the special guest, Assistant Primary Education Officer Azizul Islam, Assistant Primary Education Officer, Nasrin Nahar, former President of the Primary Teachers’ Association, Abdul Latif Mia, Head Teachers Belayet Hossain, Matiar Rahman, Manjuara Quaderi, former Head Teachers Borhan Uddin, Mujibur Rahman Alauddin Ahmed, General Secretary of the Primary Teachers’ Association Nasrin Akhter Iti, and Head Teachers of all government primary schools in Goalanda Upazila, teachers, and journalists from various print media were also present.
