There has been heavy rain in the last 24 hours in Saudi Arabia. Due to this, excessive rainwater has accumulated in various parts of the country and caused floods. The common people have suffered damage.
 Cars of common people have been submerged in the flood water caused by rain, roads have been closed in many places and infrastructure has been damaged. Emergency service officials and workers started working immediately to help the common people affected by the rain.
 The Directorate of Civil Defense of Madinah Region has requested the general public to be cautious. They have urged them to stay away from valleys and watercourses during rains. Besides, it has been asked to take special precautions while transporting agricultural products by road.
The Prophet’s Mosque in the holy city of Madinah has been soaked in rain. As seen in various videos published on social media, children are enjoying themselves in the rain in the Prophet’s Mosque. The amount of rain was so high that water came down through the canopies of the mosque.
 Al Is in Madinah received the heaviest rainfall. The rainwater flooded the valleys and various walls.
 Saudi National Meteorological Center has issued the highest red alert for Madinah. They said in the weather forecast, Madinah will experience more thunder and rain and gale force winds.
