A sports competition and prize distribution ceremony was held in Barura, Comilla, on the occasion of the Great Victory Day celebration, organized by the Gamarua Jagrata Samaj Kalyan Organization.
On December 16, after the day-long sports competition, the award distribution ceremony was held in the organization’s office auditorium in the evening under the chairmanship of the organization’s president, Ashraful Islam Sumon, and under the direction of Joint General Secretary Md. Jobayer Hossain Shamim.
Former Chairman of Shilmuri Uttar Union Parishad Md. Ruhul Amin was present as the chief guest. Social worker Rota: Md. Moniruzzaman, prominent businessman Md. Sumon Ahmed, Kazi Momin Ullah Bhuiyan of Shilmuri Uttar Union, advisor of the organization and UP member Gazi Wahed Ali, social worker Md. Shahid Ullah and other leaders were present as special guests. At this time, prizes were distributed among the students who participated in sports and cultural competitions on the occasion of the great Victory Day.
