Gayeshwar Chandra Roy, one of the members of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party-BNP National Standing Committee, said that we will not return home until we go to the polling station and cast our votes. Until now, I have resisted the open conspiracy against Sheikh Hasina’s fascist cronies. Now the BNP activists-supporters are ready to face the invisible conspirators. He said that the BNP will support the interim government till the time it takes to organize a free and fair election and the reform measures to be taken for that. BNP leaders and activists have been agitating for the fall of fascist Hasina for 16 years. He should not be judged as 16 days. The government has fallen, but democracy has not yet returned. On the occasion of World Democracy Day, he said these things in his speech as the chief guest at the BNP’s centrally announced Rallypurb short rally on Tuesday (September 17) afternoon.

He warned us not to talk irresponsibly about BNP and Tariq Rahman and said, “Don’t push us into the opposition party.” Party leaders will not remain silent if provocative comments are made. Criticizing Sheikh Hasina government’s non-withdrawal of political cases against BNP leaders and activists across the country, former minister Gayeshwar Chandra Roy said, “The cases against you have been withdrawn, why have you not withdrawn the cases against BNP leaders and activists so far?” In the last 16 years, have we not given blood in the movement to overthrow the dictator Sheikh Hasina? Thousands of our leaders and activists have been killed and disappeared. Do not create new discrimination in the name of non-discriminatory reforms. He demanded the immediate withdrawal of the political cases filed against BNP leaders and activists across the country by drawing the attention of the legal advisor.

BNP’s Divisional Acting Organizing Secretary Anindya Islam Amit drew the attention of the interim government’s chief adviser and said that Public Administration Adviser Ali Imam Majumdar is carefully arranging the administration by appointing Deputy Commissioners (DCs) and Secretaries with Awami Dosars. The result will not be good. By appointing Sheikh Hasina’s dictatorial henchmen as Deputy Commissioners, the results of the anti-discrimination student-public movement are being tarnished, creating new discrimination and paving the way for the return of mass murderers. It will be resisted.

BNP National Executive Committee Student Affairs Secretary Alhaj Rakibul Islam Bakul said that the fascist government should take the initiative to open all the jute mills closed in Khulna’s Khalishpur in the last 16 years. Awami dictatorship and their accomplices must be arrested and punished exemplary. BNP leaders and supporters at all levels should be united so that the ghosts of dictatorship cannot carry out destructive activities and massacres in the country. Khulna Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Saiful Islam, the pet cadre of the former central president of Chhatra League, Bahadur Bepari, the friend of the corrupt Sheikh Hasina, was immediately arrested.
BNP leaders strongly demanded withdrawal.

BNP National Information Secretary Azizul Bari Helal said to the activists, “The struggle is not over, all conspiracies must be uprooted.” Dr. I support the government led by Yunus, the failure of this government means the failure of Bangladesh. He urged this government to take steps towards the formation of people’s government through quick elections. After the short rally held in front of Zia Hall at Shibbari intersection of the city, the biggest rally of the commemoration period came out.
