On the occasion of the historic 7th March 2024 celebration, Patuakhali Galachipa Upazila administration organized a special discussion and cultural program to distribute prizes among students. Under the chairmanship of Upazila Executive Officer Mohammad Mohiuddin Ala Helal, the chief guest in the upazila meeting hall room on Thursday, 7th March, the chairman of the upazila paparishad. Md. Nasim Reza, Assistant Commissioner (Land), Officers-in-charge Md. Ferdous Alam Khan, Upazila Health Officer were present as special guests. Dr. Mezbah Uddin Ahmed, Acting President of Galachipa Upazila A’League Haji Mujibur Rahman, General Secretary Sardar Md. Shah Alam, Primary Education Officer Mir Reul Karim, Dr. Mohammad Abduch Chalam Bir Muktijoddha, General Secretary of Bangabandhu Foundation Central Committee, (Dhaka) Former Women Vice Chairman and Educationist Mrs. Salm Wahid. Besides, Galachipa Press Club president Khalid Hossain Milton, journalist Mu. Zillur Rahman Jewel, Sabbir Ahmed Imon, Zahirul Islam Molly along with various media and teachers and students of the school.
Prior to this, on March 7 Thursday around nine o’clock in the morning, garlands were placed under the banners of various government and non-government organizations at the mural of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman in Upazila Chatter.
