Inauguration ceremony on Saturday, the first day of the free medical camp organized on Saturday and Sunday, October 12 and 13 at the premises of Arjuntala Government Primary School, Barura Municipality, Comilla.

Barura Upazila Executive Officer Nu-Emong Marma Mong was present as the chief guest under the chairmanship of Digant Samajkalyan Parishad President Dewan Moin Uddin Ahmed.

Specialist doctors Dr. Md. Abdus Salam, Dr. Md. Ilyas Ahmed, Abdur Rahman, co-coordinator of anti-discrimination student movement Md. Amjad Hossain, vice-president of Digant Samajkalyan Parishad Syed Mainul Haque, central co-coordinator of anti-discrimination student movement Md. Amjad Hossain, anti-discrimination Hafez Ali Ullah, father of Shaheed Masudur Rahman of Arjuntala village in student movement.

General Secretary of the organization and principal of Sunrise School and College, Mohammad Shahadat Hossain, were present on the occasion. Executive members of Digant Samaj Kalyan Parishad, Dr. GM Enamul Haque Shahin, Tanjib Hasan Tanim, Solaiman Ahmed, Dewan Mahtabuddin Russell, Mahmudul Hasan Sabuj were present among the members. , Rashed Hossain, Masud Rana, Faisal Hossain, Emon Hossain, Jamal Hossain, Tariqul Islam. The two-day free medical camp provides medical services to the patients and distributes medicines. On this day, medical services were provided by specialist doctors from Dhaka in medicine, gynaecology, skin, sex, surgery and orthopedic departments.

After the speech, Barura Upazila Executive Officer Nu-Emong Marma Mong announced the auspicious opening of the free medical camp as the chief guest. It should be noted that Digant Samaj Kalyan Parishad always comes forward in social activities including distribution of food items, distribution of clothes, distribution of cash, distribution of educational materials to students in various disaster situations including Eid-ul-Azha and Eid-ul-Fitr.
