A complaint has been received against businessman Mosleh Uddin of Ward No. 63 Matuail North Para under Jatrabari Police Station of the capital. The student complained to reporters that a false case was filed against the student’s father for participating in the anti-discrimination student movement. After the dictator Sheikh Hasina fled on August 5, the victim businessman Mosleh Uddin received a call from this unknown number – 01763854935. Later, money and a motorcycle were demanded by Bikash number on WhatsApp, due to non-receipt of the demanded subscription money, a case was filed in Jatrabari Police Station on 8th September 2024 with No. 28, Section-143/147/307/326/109/
Who said, I myself was injured by participating in the anti-discrimination student movement against my father-Mosleh Uddin and several of my friends were injured and killed by the police. We made Bangladesh independent for the second time and it is sad that a false case was filed against my father. I along with three others Noor, Tareq and Shaheed Jihad were the main leaders of DMRC. All brothers and sisters of DMRC participated in the movement under our leadership. We are the first to block Shani Akhra-Kazla road. On July 18, many students were killed in clashes with Chhatra Leagues during the anti-discrimination student movement. Still we continued this movement. Our dear brother Shaheed Jihad was shot in the head by the police and killed. On 5th August and I along with my friends were seriously injured in the clash and admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital. While doing this movement, agents of Awami League took my phone and threatened to kill me. However, I did not stop and continued the movement and made the country independent for the second time. I have not seen the language movement of 24. I have seen the movement of 24. We made the country free by exchanging blood yet my family is being harassed in this country. My family is constantly under threat. He said, my father is a businessman. He has a cow farm and an institution for entertaining children. Through enmity demanded a motorcycle from my father on WhatsApp and money if he doesn’t pay then a false case will be filed in his name. My father was never in politics. I am a student I know what is fair and what is unfair. My father was never involved in this dirty politics of Awami League. He is a common citizen of Bangladesh and he is constantly being harassed. He was made a member of Awami League and involved in a false case. We made the country independent but we cannot move freely. He said that the agents of Awami League collected a huge amount of subscription from my father every month, forcibly took away cows and took fish whenever they wanted. My father didn’t say anything he said the harassment we are under is very sad because I was a student participating in the movement and got a massive head injury 15 stitches I have no regrets. My only regret is the false case against my father, I want his trial as a student. I want proper justice against the false case against my father and those who harassed should be brought to justice. Meanwhile, the plaintiff in the case of Jatrabari police station-Bellal father-Ramzan Ali Fakir, Sang-village: Bachua Kabirpur, post office-Rahimganj police station-Fulpur district Mymensingh. Presently-Miya Bari Hashem Road Matuail, Thana Jatrabari-Plaintiff of the case-Bellal tried to contact several times on cell phone but it was disconnected. In this regard, Ward No. 64 BNP General Secretary Ismail Bhuiyan (Tuhin) told Daily Pageant Times, I am a BNP politician but I have never seen Mosleh Uddin involved in any politics, he is a businessman. The act done by false case against him, I think the plaintiff should be charged or defamation case bye bye the current situation in our country is very sad I strongly condemn and protest against this false case. In this regard, the Deputy Commissioner of Wari Division, Mohammad Saleh, tried several times to contact him on the phone but could not be contacted.
