Exploring the Golden Past of Sonargaon and Panam City!
The students of Southeast University, Batch BBA-59, were given the opportunity to participate in a study tour and presentation on Sonargaon and Panam City. The event allowed insights to be gained into the rich history, culture, and challenges surrounding these iconic sites. The session was guided by the esteemed faculty member, Dr. Md. Azizur Rahman, whose expertise highlighted the significance of preserving their golden legacy.
Presentations were delivered by students on various aspects, including the golden era of Sonargaon, the treasures of the museum, ongoing preservation efforts, and proposed solutions to overcome challenges. Feedback was shared by the university’s respected Vice Chancellor, Pro-VC, Dean, and Director, who commended the efforts of the students and encouraged further steps to enhance the appeal and preservation of these historical sites.
It is hoped that collective efforts will ensure the preservation and promotion of Sonargaon and Panam City for future generations to experience their historical significance.
