Educational materials and sewing machines distributed in Debhata

Satkhira correspondent :  Deputy Commissioner Mostaq Ahmed inaugurated the distribution of bicycles, educational materials and sewing machines among students in Debhata to make helpless women self-reliant. The distribution program was inaugurated at the Upazila Parishad premises on Tuesday at 2 pm. Upazila Executive Officer Md. Asaduzzaman, Upazila Engineer Dutee Mondal, Upazila Jamaat Ameer Maulana Oliur Islam, Nawapara UP Panel Chairman Monayem Hossain, Debhata Press Club President Mir Khairul Alam and people from different walks of life were present during the distribution. During this time, educational materials such as notebooks and pens, geometry boxes, school bags, umbrellas, bicycles were distributed among the students. In addition, 10 helpless women were provided with free sewing machines.
