Police have arrested a drug dealer with one kg of ganja in Galachipa, Patuakhali.
On the basis of a secret tip-off, on the morning of Wednesday, February 26, in the Badura Bazar intersection area of ​​Ward No. 6 of Chhailabunia, Amkhola Union, Galachipa Upazila, under the direction of Patuakhali District Police Superintendent Mr. Anwar Zahid, Officer-in-Charge Md. Asadur Rahman, a school bag belonging to a pedestrian named Md. Shahed Dalal was searched in front of Motahar Hawlader’s tea shop on the north side of the paved road from Galachipa to Patuakhali and arrested him with one kg of ganja.
The arrested person is the son of Md. Arshed Dalal of Kazir Hawla village of Sadar Union, Rangabali Upazila.
Later, the arrested Shahed Dalal was sent to court under the regular Narcotics Act, said Galachipa Police Station OC Md. Asadur Rahman.
