Based on secret information, a joint team (army and police) led by Captain Saikat of the army stationed in Laksam conducted a raid in Bhatiabita, Laksam, at approximately 11:30 pm on April 4.
In the operation, drug dealer Khokon Mia (50), son of the deceased Anna Mia of Bhatiavita village, was arrested with marijuana and 23,500 taka in cash.
Sources at the Laksham Army Camp said that preparations for the case are underway as of the time of writing this report (1:30 am).
