Former Joint Convener of Rangpur District Jubo League Laxin Chandra Das and Rangpur District Jubo League have distributed sarees, lungis and cash among hundreds of needy people. At around 12 noon on Thursday (April 6) in front of the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu mural in the city, sarees, lungis and cash were distributed at the initiative of the former joint convener of District Jubo League, Laxmin Chandra Das. Bangladesh Awami Jubo League Central Committee Joint General Secretary Biswas Matiur Rahman, Organizing Secretary Mohammad Sohail Parvez and other leaders attended the event as guests. Metropolitan Jubo League president Sirajum Monir Bashar, former district Jubo League members Diesel Ahmed, Naushad Ahmed Raju, Jahedul Islam Babu and many others were also present. Former joint convener of Rangpur District Jubo League, Laksheen Chandra Das said, Bangladesh Awami Jubo League Central Committee Chairman Professor Sheikh Fazle Shams Parash and General Secretary Alhaj Mainul Hossain Khan Nikhil have distributed Eid gifts to the needy people on behalf of District Jubo League.
