A rally cultural competition and discussion meeting was held on the occasion of World Teachers’ Day at Noorabad Secondary School, Charfassion , Bhola with the theme Teachers for Desired Education: Global Imperative to Meet Teacher Shortage.
On Thursday (October 5) morning, a huge rally came out from the premises of Nurabad Secondary School under Dularhat police station of the upazila and went around the different roads of the area and ended up in the school ground again.
The discussion meeting was held under the chairmanship of M Amir Hossain, the head teacher of the school. After that, the students participated in various competitions including beautiful handwriting, constructive speech, as part of the program. Later the prizes were distributed among the winners.
On the occasion of World Teacher’s Day, the headmaster of the school, M Amir Hossain, said, “Today, World Teacher demands all the teachers, including the Minister of Education, to fulfill all the demands of the teachers on this day.
Monir Hossain Patwari, para teacher of the school, Md. Helal Uddin, Monir Pandit along with invited guests Fakhrul Islam and Zainal Abedin Bachchu Israfil Naeem and others were present.
