The crowd is increasing daily in the CMM court premises due to the vandalism surrounding the quota reform movement. Relatives have been gathering there in search of the arrested persons for several days. Pro-BNP lawyers say that the government is exaggerating its powers. Dhala is also arresting the workers. And the public prosecutor claims that no one is being arrested without information. If someone is innocent, it will be proved in the court.

As soon as the accused’s car is seen in the court, the relatives are running. Some are calling by name in search of arrested relatives.

The police is conducting an operation in connection with the violence surrounding the quota reform movement. Those arrested from different places were brought to the court in a prison van.

However, the public prosecutor of the Dhaka Metropolitan Court said that the police have arrested specific information and evidence. No innocents are being harassed. However, pro-BNP lawyers complained about Dhalla’s arrest.

Awami Panhi has decided not to fight the case on behalf of the arrested accused in the case of violence, said the PP of the metropolitan court.
