An exchange meeting of Kushangal Union BNP of Nalchiti Upazila of Jhalkathi was held. The discussion meeting was held in Manpasha market of the union on Friday afternoon.
In the current situation of the country, an exchange meeting was organized with the leaders and activists of BNP and the organization of Kushangal Union no. District BNP member secretary Advocate Shahadat Hossain was the chief guest. Upazila BNP president Advocate Khan Anichur Rahman Helal, general secretary Salim Gazi, Jhalkathi Municipal BNP president Advocate Nasimul Hasan were special guests. District BNP member Advocate Mizanur Rahman Mubin, General Secretary of District Chhatra Dal Gias Sardar Dipu, Volunteer Leader Azadur Rahman Khan, Upazila Jubo Dal convener Md Salauddin Shahin, Union Puja Committee President Shankar Acharya addressed the meeting under the chairmanship of Union BNP President Advocate Mizanur Rahman.
 Advocate Shahadat Hossain, member secretary of Jhalkathi District BNP said,
The leaders and activists of all levels of Jhalkathi district endured everything despite being oppressed and exiled, all the leaders and activists of Jhalkathi district did not retreat in the movement.
Sheikh Hasina’s dictatorship has fallen in student and all-party coups. But our leader Tariq Rahman asked us to refrain from any kind of violence or injustice.
 We all follow the instructions given by the party and are peacefully co-existing in Jhalkathi district. But Sheikh Hasina is sitting on the other side and trying to disturb Bangladesh again. We will also resist Hasina’s greedy army from the streets. We will not do violence in any way. We will ensure maximum security of minorities. No new members can be added to the group.
