Manzoor Alam, Community Health Care Provider (CHCP) in charge of the community clinic, did not pick up the call. As the clinic is closed, one after another patients come and go back without receiving medical care. As a result, the people of that area are deprived of health services from the community clinic. There is anger among the locals. Locals, who did not want to be named, complained that Community Health Care Provider (CHCP) Manzoor Alam and Health Assistant Abul Kalam in charge of the community clinic, being local, came to their game and opened the clinic. Being local, they often shut down community clinics regardless of regulations. Besides, it is also alleged that he behaves disrespectfully with the patients who come to seek services. Community Health Care Provider (CHCP) Manzoor Alam and Abul Kalam, in charge of the community clinic, denied the allegations and said that the community clinic was closed for half an hour because they were in a meeting at a local school on personal business. Community clinics are often kept open as usual but sometimes open a little late for private work. They claim that the patients are given proper services.
