Comilla District ICT Forum organized a general meeting and discussion meeting to mark the formation of a new committee at the auditorium of Comilla Ideal College.
The chief guest was Comilla District Education Officer Md. Rafiqul Islam. Comilla Sadar Upazila Secondary Education Officer Shah Jalal was the special guest at the discussion meeting chaired by Comilla Ideal College founder Principal Mohiuddin Liton.
In his speech at the event, the chief guest said, “If we want to make our students’ academic success smart, then every student must know and be taught about technology.”
There is no alternative to the proper use and practice of technology to build a beautiful society. In today’s world, the most prosperous person is the one who has more information and knows the proper use of technology.
Comilla District ICT Forum’s outgoing general secretary and assistant principal of Bajgadda Rabeya Memorial Girls’ High School Mohammad Azim Khan Raju moderated the program, while Comilla District ICT Forum’s outgoing president and senior teacher of Dulalpur Suruj Mia and Khatun High School Mohammad Nasir Uddin delivered the welcome address.
Comilla District Education Officer Md. Rafiqul Islam announced the committee for the next two years in the light of the opinions of all those present at the meeting. Mizanur Rahman, headmaster of Jhiktia Ishaq Majumder Adarsh ​​Girls’ High School in Langalkot Upazila, was nominated as the president, Md. Kabir Khan Biplob, assistant principal of Bharasar High School in Burichang Upazila, was nominated as the general secretary, and Mohammad Shahjahan Shuvo, senior assistant teacher of Batakandi High School in Titas Upazila, was nominated as the organizing secretary.
More than eighty district ambassador teachers associated with the Comilla District ICT Forum participated in the event.
