Speakers at the rally said,
There is a youth power full of potential in this country. Who can build a prosperous country, nation and civilization. For this, a strong-willed and morally patriotic young society is needed. But the nation is deprived of the desired youth enthusiasm. As a result, even after a long period of independence, it has not been possible to build the much-awaited prosperous Golden Bangladesh of the nation. To fulfill this expectation of the nation, the journey of Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir began amidst various adversities with the great goal of building a prosperous Bangladesh with ideological leadership.
Bangladesh Islamic Student Union was established on February 6, 1977 to guide the nation on the right path. While others are involved in tender rigging and extortion, the Student Union is working for the moral, character and spiritual development of the students. Student Unions have been repeatedly persecuted by the oppressive government across the country, including Dhaka University and Rajshahi University. Bangladesh Islamic Student Union will continue to work to implement the law of Allah in this land of Bengal, InshaAllah.
