Mosquito nets and cloths have been distributed to Rajapur Radha Govinda Temple on the occasion of Autumn Durga Puja in Barura, Cumilla.
At 11 am on Friday morning, on the occasion of Autumn Durga Puja, at the house of Kritishan Road Transport and Bridges Ministry Joint Secretary (retd) Monindra Kishore Majumdar of Rajapur village of Aganagar union of the upazila, mosquito nets and cloths were distributed among the helpless and poor people of the village by the initiative of Bacha Address Development Organization like every year.
Barura Upazila Executive Officer Nu-Emong Marma Mong was present as the chief guest in the event under the overall supervision of Rajapur Radha Gobind Mandir Director Road Transport and Bridges Ministry Joint Secretary Manindra Kishore Majumdar. Barura Police Station Officer-in-Charge Kazi Nazmul Haque, Barura Palli Vidyut Samiti DGM Md Jalal Uddin, Jhelum High School and College Assistant Professor and Daily Zayzaydin Journalist Mohammad Masud Majumder, Rakta Loan Social Organization President and Daily Samajkanth Journalist Journalist Md Sharif were the special guests.
