Checks have been distributed on behalf of Upazila Jamiatul Modarresin among various retired teaching staff of Bhola Charfassion upazila.
On Saturday (October 21) afternoon, Bhola-4 Constituency Member of Parliament Abdullah Al Islam Jacob handed over a check of Tk 5 lakh to 22 retired teachers-employees in the afternoon.
Upazila Chairman Zainal Abedin Akhan, General Secretary of Upazila Awami League Nurul Islam VP, Municipal Mayor Md. were special guests in the check distribution ceremony. Morshed, Municipal Awami League General Secretary Principal Monir Ahmed Shubhra, Jamiatul Modarresin President Nizam Uddin Humayun Sarman, General Secretary Professor Kamruzzaman etc.
