Brahmanbaria Polytechnic Institute Chhatra League President Md. Shakil Ahmed has been arrested by Bijaynagar Police. He is the son of Kamal Mia of Kena village in Bijaynagar Upazila
He was arrested from Amtoli Bazar in the upazila around noon on Tuesday.
Officer-in-Charge of Bijaynagar Police Station, Rawshan Ali, confirmed the arrest and said that he has been sent to court under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
