Along with the government, the private sector has mainly played a role in the financial progress. The country’s policy makers have given due importance to industrialization along with success in agriculture. This has led to extensive industrialization in Bangladesh. We have undertaken many projects mainly to create employment and entrepreneurship. We don’t want to be dependent on anything. The whole world is now dependent on the IT sector, but Bangladesh has not yet progressed far in this sector. We have an opportunity to focus more on information technology. I want technology based industries to be developed at a higher rate, so as to create employment for many people. He said as long as this Bangladesh exists, Bangabandhu will remain in our consciousness and mind. At this time, he called on everyone to be united under the leadership of Sheikh Hasina to continue the journey of peace, progress and prosperity of the country. He also said, let us all swear together to build a developed and prosperous smart Bangladesh free from hunger, poverty, exploitation, deprivation and corruption of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s Sonar Bangla and Honorable Prime Minister People’s Leader Sheikh Hasina.
